The final week of this project we complete the 3-part workshop by learning about and practicing the final stages of the production process in creating a high quality instructional video.
Instructional Video
The second part of the 3-part workshop was designed to help us through the editing process with the goal of producing high quality instructional videos. During this stage we learned about and practice the process of creating a rough-cut video that you will take into final production.
Rough Draft Editing Garage Band
We participated in a 3-part workshop that was designed to guide us through the process of producing high-quality instructional videos. Through exploration, evaluation, and iteration, we learned how to develop content and use shot selection, audio, and transitions to deliver effective instruction and produce engaging video for your learners. We also had the opportunity to practice and improve our editing techniques to reach a professional level of quality in future projects. We began by learning how to create and work with storyboards for the instructional video projects as a means of planning and communicating the compositions of our shots, as well as the concepts, content, and the sequencing of information to others prior to beginning the actual video production process.
